What Types of RV's does Vogt consign?

We consign diesel and gas Motorhomes,Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheel Trailers that are 10 years old and newer

Trade-ins

Vogt accepts all types of vehicles (Cars, Trucks, Motorhomes, Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, and Pop-Ups) as trade-ins for any of the units on our sales lot. Just select the vehicle you would like to purchase. If it is a consignment we will purchase that vehicle from its owner with the intention of trading for your current vehicle. Vogt will give you a fair trade in value for your current unit and apply it to the trade. You can also save on Sales Tax when trading since you only pay the vehicle tax on the difference and not the total purchase price of the new RV.

Our appraisers are here Monday through Saturday. It will take about 45 minutes to get the vehicle listed for sale on our lot.

How is the asking price established on the RV?

Since we have sold thousands upon thousands of RV's and based on our 43 years of experience in this industry, we can easily determine a fair market value for your motorhome, 5th wheel or travel trailer. Vogt RV's appraisers know the RV market. We know what will sell and what will not. We discuss the market value with the owner and a fair asking price is established by the owner and Vogt. We will politely refuse to list the vehicle if the owner's price is unrealistically high. Once a fair price has been established, most of the RV's sell at the asking price or very close to it.

How long have you been in business?

If you're not familiar with Vogt RV, Our Family has been in the recreational business since 1945. Over the last 10 years, we have sold more New Motorhomes in Texas than any other Dealership. We have two stores in the Fort Worth, Texas Dallas, TX. DFW area.

If I consign my vehicle with Vogt, will it sell?

Although, no one can guarantee a specific unit will sell. If the RV is clean, priced fairly and the systems work properly, there is not only a good chance it will sell but sell quickly.

How long is your consignment contract and what is your commission?

Our contract is a 90 day contract and commission is 10% of the actual selling price. No minimum commission on motor homes. Minimum commission on trailers and 5th wheels is $995.

Do you offer Service Contracts to potential buyers?

We do offer Service Contracts. Most RV's 10 years old and newer are eligable depending on mileage and condition.
