The coach checked out well and seems to be in very good condition for the year and model. We are learning, as you might expect, all the features and attributes of a vehicle of this size and performance.
We were particularly impressed with Richard, your “instructor” over in the Vogt service department. Richard understood that we were “first time” coach buyers and he took all the time necessary to help us understand the equipment, features and options of every major item. We asked a lot of questions, over the five (5) hours spent from 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM. Richard knew we had a big drive ahead of us, going back to Houston from Ft. Worth, so he even “skipped” or delayed his lunch hour to help us miss the rush hour and busy traffic of your downtown. That was much appreciated.
Bob Tiffin told us about you folks at Vogt, and said you were his oldest sales and service center of all his distributors. He was lavish in his praise of you and your colleagues and I would say he is correct in what he said.
As I told you in our telephone conversation of last week, if we need any major work done on our Phaeton, we will certainly consider taking the time to drive it up to your Ft. Worth service center from Houston for such service. From my walk-through of your Ft. Worth service center and a similar one in Houston, you guys have it all together, no doubt.
Meanwhile, take Richard to lunch and buy him a beer, as he is a huge asset in helping you fellows sell coaches. He left a very positive impression with both Shirley and me. Stay in touch. When we wear this puppy out, we may need a new unit and know where to go. I always suspected that Cow Town had some good people, and now I know it does. - Bill

We bought our 2006 Presidio in May of 2006 from Vogt, this is our 3rd motor home, the other 2 were Winnebagos.
Since then Tom McIntire has been our preferred Service Adviser, always fixing our motor home that had some unusual problems.
This past month Tom, Gerry(parts), and Kim(in parts) have gone above the service that we experienced before. We had been e-mailing Tom during the last month that we needed a service appointment to replace our front air conditioner and some other problems with our motor home. We wanted to replace the 13.5k air conditioner with a new 15k. When Tom ordered the new air conditioner he found out that the Dometic factory in Mexico had burned to the ground in April and that it might take 3-4 weeks to get a new one. We told him how hot it was in our motor home being that we were in Burleson at the time. We had an appointment for June 18 to review the repairs we needed and a June 23 appointment to get everything fixed.
Well lucky for us Kim(in parts) called us on June 8, one week after we ordered the new air conditioner, and told us the new one had arrived. Tom then knew how we were suffering in the heat and set us up with a June 11 appointment. To my surprise they fixed everything wrong with our motor home that day, not just installing the new air conditioner. We would just wanted to let you know how professional and courteous Tom and the other service people have been to us. - John
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your staff members who were involved with the recent repair of our 2010 Skyline Mountain View RV.
This was a very difficult time for my husband and I and unfortunately I was not as polite or understanding as I should have been. I am afraid I was down right rude at times. NOT one of my better moments!
You and your staff were VERY understanding and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with the problems we experienced. You stayed in contact with us and updated my husband and I concerning the progress of the repairs. You were VERY patient with me and my unnecessary pushing and prodding!
I want to thank first and foremost Tom McIntire and Brant McKamie, of Vogt RV and their wonderful maintenance team! They were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an RV or needing maintenance work. We made it home about midnight with no issues. We were in a hurry to get back on the road home.
The coach handled well but it will take me a little while to get used to driving it. Thanks for a great, no hassle deal. About one of the smoothest new vehicle deals we have ever made.
