Thank you all!

We were headed out of town on Monday, June 20, when our vent opened and would not close. We had our grandsons, ages five and six, with us and they were restless and wanted to get to “Sea World”! But we could not go anywhere with the vent open.
Ben called and, after several requests to speak with people, finally spoke with Dennis who got us in to have our vent repaired and, at our expense, install a cover to prevent further issues. We were on our way to Sea World and San Antonio soon after we arrived at your service area.
A disastrous delay was averted. Thanks to you and your people for saving our vacation for our grandsons (and us)! - Kathy

Good job!

We made it back to Amarillo last night. Just wanted to say the service rep, I cannot remember his name, did a good job on the pdi walk through and addressing my concerns.
Being 350 miles away I wanted some of the issued handled before leaving. I realize it took some additional time which was not planned in his schedule. I appreciate how he address my concerned with a happy to do it attitude. He customer service skills are a asset to your company. - Tommy

Staff goes the extra mile

I am writing a short note to sing the praises of Richard in your service department.
We have had at least 25 different RV’s over the years and have dealt with numerous service men in that time. Our experience with Richard has been very professional and courteous. He gave the most thorough inspection of the new coach we have ever had and left no details untouched. Since our purchase in December, we have had issues with the slide out, the headlights not working, the air conditioner not working, and other minor items. He has ALWAYS taken the time to fully troubleshoot these items over the phone and in some cases walked me through a self repair.

Amazing!

I wanted to let you know how excited Sandra & I are that we came to your dealership last year looking for a travel trailer.
From our very first visit everyone we have come across there has been amazing. Your sales staff was very helpful to us from the beginning. They helped us to narrow our decision to the Jayco Jay-Flight G2 model 32 BHDS travel trailer, which suits our every need as a family. When we came out last Friday, Gil was awesome in taking us on the walk-thru, he is very knowledgeable in his field & made everything easy to understand for both of us. Kevin has been great throughout the whole process & was so helpful to us as well. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated Charlie towing the trailer out to the state park for us, he was so kind to both Sandra & I as well. As soon as he unhooked the trailer & left, Sandra & I have been so excited to begin to put things in it over the weekend, enjoying all it’s many comforts & so forth. I can’t tell you how excited & proud we are of your wonderful product. We are looking forward to many years in it. I was so glad to have met you as well Aaron, & will send anyone who is looking for an RV to Vogt in the future.

Excellent service and cheerful attitudes

Yesterday I rolled in to your Service Center at 5:10 pm with a lighting malfunction on my vehicle to the trailer.
The service guy called some of your guys on their way back to the shop from a RV show. They were told I would be waiting at the north store when they arrive in about 30 minutes. The guys rolled up about 5:55, and without any hesitation, diagnosed and fixed the problem in 8 minutes. No charge and with big smiles.
You are lucky to have some very good people working for you, and it is evident that you have happy employees who put customers first. The only name I caught was Andy, but the rest of them know who they are. Please recognize their excellent service and cheerful attitudes … after a very long and late day. - Jim

Excellent Quality

We’d like you to know how much we appreciate the quality service at Vogt RV. One example was our recent experience.
We took our Allegro Bus in for warranty work. There was also a recall for an exhaust heat shield, but Vogt wasn’t doing the recall service at that time. When we picked it up, not only were the warranty items completed, but also the Tiffin recall had been done.
When Tiffin notified us about the recall, we called Tiffin and were told we’d have to take our coach to the San Antonio area for the service. We were delighted that Vogt was able to complete the recall service, saving us a winter trip to the San Antonio area — a wonderful Christmas present!
We appreciate all that Vogt had to do to take on the recall service work. We have taken our coach to other service companies for chassis work and have never been as satisfied as we are with Vogt.
We look forward to the time when Vogt can do our chassis service too. - Carol
